Based on the 1974 film "Alice Doesn't Live Here Anymore," about a widow who moves across the country to start over in a new town, accompanied by her young son. In this installment, Jolene is not happy about her brother Jonas visiting. Nominated for eight Primetime Emmy Awards. Set in Phoenix.
