This book reads convincingly and appears to be a genuine record of what can happen to a simple married man, and an almost respectable girl, who find themselves caught in perfectly plausible yet terrifying complications caused by mere accident. This story concerns the escapades of two girl hitch-hikers, a traveling sailesman, the police, and a thief and murderer. Unwittingly these people are rushed into tragedy and melodrama on an American roadside. A clean presentable copy.
