Stated First Edition. The book is also signed on the front flyleaf by the original owner, "John Sanders / Chapel Hill / 21 Nov. 1951". Dr. Sanders was enrolled at UNC when he bought this book. He earned his Juris Doctor degree from the School of Law and then joined the faculty in 1956, eventually heading up the UNC School of Government. Dr Sanders passed away in September, 2021, just about 70 years after he purchased this book. Signed by Author(s).
