Presents Edmund White's "Rimbaud: The Double Life of A Rebel". A succinct and original perspective on one of the founders of literary modernism: A brief biography, fittingly enough, on the briefest of literary lives. Arthur Rimbaud famously wrote two, unsurpassable masterpieces BEFORE he was twenty-one years old: "A Season In Hell" (1873) and "Illuminations" (1886), then he abandoned poetry altogether.
