Hardcover. Condition: Very Good. Dust Jacket Condition: Good. 1st Edition. First US edition, first printing (published a year earlier in the UK). Signed by Nicholas Rhea, flamboyantly, on the title page. 192pp. Steel grey cloth-covered boards gilt lettering on the spine. 8vo. Cloth just a little pushed in at spine ends and corners. Internally neat, clean, bright and tight. In its original illustrated dust wrapper, not price clipped, shelf worn, a little rubbed at edges, a little more so at spine base and lightly bumped along upper rear edge. Dust wrapper now protected in an archival-quality Mylar sleeve, fitted without the use of tape or adhesives.
