Stated Third Edition, revised and extended, and with a two-page Foreword by Harry C. Bauer and a single-page Preface of the Third Edition by Isabel Mayhew. Original publisher's burgundy cloth over boards, cover and spine stamped in gilt. 381 pp.Member, I.O.B.A., C.B.A., and adherent to the highest ethical standards. Additional postage may be required for oversize or especially heavy volumes, and for sets.
