Green Cloth. Condition: Near Fine. Not Credited (illustrator). Third Edition Revised. This book is intended principally for the young fisherman, to help him to the best sport and best results. More than a dozen of the most angled fresh-water fish are discussed, each in a chapter to itself. The fish is illustrated, its appearance and manner of life described, clear expert instruction is given on baiting and the mode of fishing in each instance, and there are useful notes on cooking. David Jacques in preparing this edition has not altered the bulk of the original matter as first published in 1932 except where it has been necessary to bring up to date the records of captured fish, or where new and better equipment and materials had superceded the older types. 91pp Size: 12mo - over 6¾" - 7¾". Not Signed or Inscribed.
