Hardcover. Condition: Very Good. With the Sources From Whence They Have Been Derived. vi, 40, 314,7. Rebound in modern blue cloth. Acetone clear jacket. Blue cloth slipcase. The sliocase has wear at the edges and the corners. Wear on the boards at the spine, mostly the tips. No title present on the spine. The hinges and the spine are very good. The inside pages have some spotted foxing here and there. Also some light pencil marks at the beginning of the Dictionary. Includes handwritten story on the rear flyleaf and a typed copy laid in at the back. The first complete dictionary of the Tahitian language and the first such book of this type to be printed in Tahiti. Scarce.
