Contains information on the development in California, foundations in Oregon, Washington, Montana, Colorado and Arizona, foundation is Missouri, Florida, Mississippi and all around the U.S. 550 pages including index. Diagrams. From a private Catholic school library with a [coket and lending list in rear. plus a few other normal library markings. Very nice copy. From a Private School Library.
