    Hardcover. Condition: Good. 1st edition, 1st printing. 395p. Ex-library hardcover book in original pebbled cloth. Cloth is wearing through and chipping along the edges of the cover and spine. Old library sticker on spine as well. Bookplate inside front cover; otherwise a clean, tight copy in good reading condition. Bennet Tyler (1783-1858) was a Reformed theologian who served as president of Dartmouth College from 1822-1828.
