Ebert, München, original wrapper including spine bound in) "Monod 9641. First edition of the important monograph, amply illustrated, one of 1000 copies (here nr. 601) with many plates and the additional lithograph in colour - but here without the additional engraving "Baigneuse assise" which apparently should be bound in at the beginning. Price conserably reduced. - The beautiful binding by Karl Ebert (1869-1947) just a little rubbed, but very decorative.
