Hardcover. Condition: Very Good. No Jacket. A reprint edition in just good condition lacking the jacket. This was Nelson Algren's copy with his signature and date on the front endpaper. The signature is dated 1935. Algren may not have been a communist party member, but he was at the least involved with other well known members and likely was a member of the John Reed Society. An exceptional association copy. Signed by Author(s).
