These last two years might have been accounted for by changes in their production schedule. All thirteen albums are punched for inclus…ion in the three-ring binder. Each of the albums contains 14 pages of text, including designated spots to adhere stamps. The album for 1988, a fifty-year anniversary issue, contains 16 pages. The 1990 album has some stamps adhered and some loose. For the 1991 album, there is a full set of stamps in original condition, none of which has been adhered.
