This copy has lot 15 written on the front cover with Jackson next to it. James Jackson bought the lot as per the agreement at the back of the catalogue which is signed by him. Page edges slightly creased. Publishers pink decorated wrappers slightly torn and chipped with some fading at the edges. Some light marking. Generally a very good copy for its size and age. The Ardmore estate was across the road from Parkstone Station. The house and land was split up into 21 lots. Scarce.
