Accoring the autograph note the correction was handed to him by Aurélie Bellemans (Von Karmann Institute, ULB Brussels).

Well preserved proof copy , corrected by the hand of the author, of the first major work on chemical thermodynamics by the Russian born Belgian scientist Ilya Prigogine (Moscou 1917 - Brussels 2003) He received the Nobelprize of Chemistry in 1977 for his work in this field.Unique copy documenting the important Belgian-Jewish contribution to the exact sciences in the 20th c.
