Clean and tight copy, in a price clipped but otherwise excellent jacket. This copy has the peculiar distinction of two signatures by the author. The first is signed on the title page, and the printed name cancelled. But this is also signed above the title with a dedication, 'For Mary - with warm wishes - Pam Durban 12 November 1993 Atlanta Georgia'. First world and US edition, first printing.
