Two volumes in one. Folio (12 1/2 x 8 inches). Contemporary full drk tan calf, spine gilt in 5 compartments with red lettering piece, the upper cover with gilt corner ornaments and with large cast metal Royal Arms affixed to centre. Black letter. Large woodcut initials. Upper cover detached, some rubbing to the spine, untidy con…temporary signature to title which is dust marked. The title-page laid down at an early date onto thicker paper. The first title-page soiled & ink marked.The pagination is very wild although the work is complete according to the signatures and catchwords. The pagination runs: 1-268 :276/270: 271/272: 173/274: 275/269 & 277-388 .
