Originally published in 1967, this new edition has an entirely re-set text, and features the unmistakeable illustrations of Ralph Steadman, which have also been redone and added to for this edition. There is a small red stain affecting 12 pages in the lower margins, looks like a felt tip bleed. A shame as it would have been a fine copy otherwise. Size 16.5 x 22 cm (8.5 x 6.5 inches).
