Football autobiography. Horatio Stratton "Raich" Carter (1913-94) represented Sunderland, Derby County and Hull City and was one of England's greatest inside-forwards. His playing career spanned 1931 to 1951 and is covered in some detail in this autobiography. He also played cricket for Durham and Derbyshire. Edited by Edward Lanchbery Small 8vo. 2380p.
