This book gives the highlights of an era which opens with early settlers listening to the thunder of stampeding buffalo. It closes with the residents of today watching and hearing in their own living rooms the thunder of a rocket sending men to walk on the moon. Individual mention is limited to public officials, presidents of the Chamber of Commerce during the past 50 years, and a cross-section of citizens in the limelight. A clean very presentable collector's copy.
