First edition. *With related ephemera loosely inserted within a plastic sleeve, which was formerly taped to the upper free endpaper. Included is a TLs to David Levine (dated 12th April 2007) from L. H. Perrett (author of The Anglo-Boer War 1899-1902: From the Hunter Valley to the Transvaal) and former Secretary of the New South Wales Military Historical Society), plus reproductions of photographs of some of the stained-glass windows within the Royal Memorial Chapel at Sandhurst.
