Includes eight page index, and 16 pages of B&W photo "Plates" pictures. Book is 7.5"W by 9.75"L. Blue glossy paper covers are clean with light shelf wear. Covers lightly rubbed and surface scratches. Spine has no creases. Interior pages are clean, with NO writing, creases or tears. The binding is tight. Top page edges are lightly foxed and light soiling on others.
