Hardcover. Condition: Fair. 1st Edition. See photos for condition details. Hardcover, original stamped cloth boards with gilt text on spine. Exterior has numerous holes along both spine edges and the spine itself. Cloth is also split at the front hinge, lower area. The internal binding is good and text pages are secure, no hinge issues on the inside. The front pastedown has the original owners name written in colored pencil and numerous end pages in the front and rear show faint scribbling from different color pencils. These have been partially erased but are still apparent. This issue is limited to only the blank end pages in their writing or scribbling was found on any of the text pages.
