An excellent near fine copy, the binding square and firm, with a little bumping to the corners and edges of the lower board. The contents, with light spotting and toning to the text block edges, a previous owner's bookplate and shelf stamp the front pastedown and faint offsetting to the endpapers, are otherwise clean throughout. Complete with the lightly rubbed, nicked and creased dustwrapper which has a 2cm and 1/2cm closed tear to the front panel as well as a few very tiny closed tears to the spine tips. With the publisher's printed price of 7/6 net to the spine that is covered with a 2/6 paper label. Scarce in the dustwrapper.
