A collection of cuts that appeared in Ransom's Private Presses & their Books. Handwritten comments by Willard A. Lockwood note that Lockwood lent the prints to Richard Prout, of Berlin, Maryland, who printed them as a poster and created this work. Pencilled numbers in text refer to the pages in the Ransom text on which the cuts appear. Lockwood's bookplate on front pastedown. quarter cloth, leather, front cover gilt-stamped.

Contains signed records of trustee meeting etc. Volume 1 starts with incorporating papers fron Jan. 24, 1918, and runs to Sept. 1947, Volume 2 starts with October 1947 and runs to October 1950. Condition is Very Good; light wear to covers, documents are all very clean. STK.
