Benjamin are irreconcilable over the marriage of their daughter, the former Mrs. Alexander Dallas Bache Pratt, to Preston Gibson was made known in the Supreme Court yesterday when they filed suit to terminate the trust of $200,000 created by Mrs. Gibson for her children, Cynhia and Dallas Bache Pratt, 2d, under which they are to be maintained until they are of age, and after reaching their majority are to get the full income from the trust.
