The publication is a collaboration between Ashfield Municipal Council and the Ashfield and District Historical Society. The history was written by Chris Pratten, Secretary to the Society. The was a councillor of Ashfield Municipal Council (and later Mayor), then after moving to the North Shore, a Federal Senator.…
