Hence, the detailed information on bi…o-ecology and management of pod borer complex of greengram were given here. The gram pod borer commenced from 1st week of August and exhibited a significant negative correlation with minimum temperature and evening RH. Incidence of spotted pod borer was started from 2nd week of August and exhibited a significant negative correlation with minimum temperature. Pink pod borer commenced from the 3rd week of August and exhibited a significant negative correlation with evening RH. The genotype GM-2K-5 recorded the lowest population of pod borers of greengram. The lower larval population of pod borers were observed in treated plot than untreated. The treatments with indoxacarb 0.0075%, spinosad 0.009%, cypermethrin 0.009% and profenophos 0.05% were the most effective for the control of pod borer complex of greengram. The highest seed yield was obtained from the treatment of indoxacarb 0.0075%. The highest C:B ratio was obtained from cypermethrin 0.009%.
