Possibly the Author's copy, with inscriptions to front pastedown, extensive pencil notes…to front and rear endpapers and frontis, plus heavy annotation and underlining throughout in ink and pencil. Also includes one separate sheet of ink notes, loosely inserted, and one of pencil notes fixed to rear endpaper. Inner hinges rather weak, some light foxing, boards rather faded/dampstained, spine covering beginning to split. A Sound study copy.
