[B14] With heraldic bookplate of Thun-Hohenstein Library in Tetschen (Decin), Bohemia and large old stamp of the Library on the title verso. Three small needle holes on inner margin throughout the book, otherwise a nice and clean copy. - William Pitt, Jr. (1759-1806), British statesman and rhetor, two times prime minister, the motive power of the fight against the French revolution and the Napoleonic empire. - Charles James Fox (1749-1806), British politician, 1770 Lord of the Admirality, later Chancellor of the Exchequer and Foreign Secretary, leader of the Whigs in the House of Commons, came out for a parliamentary reform, for the rights of the American colonies and against the slave trade.
