Philosophisch-physiologische Abhandlung über die Sinneswahrnehmungen, gehalten an der Christian-Albrechts-Universität Kiel. Nachdruck der 1676 zuerst, ebenfalls bei Reumann gedruckten Arbeit. Andreas Plomann wurde am 28. Oktober 1654 in Königsberg (Regio Montanus) geboren und schrieb sich 1654 an der Christian-Albrechts-Universität Kiel ein. Von ihm ist die die vorliegende Schrift 'Paradoxis Sensuum' bekannt, außerdem agierte als Vorsitzender bei der Dissertatio Ethica von Joh. Gerhard Eversmann 'Aletheia Virtutum Homilecitarum Secunda', ebenfalls 1676. Plomann schlug danach offenbar eine geistliche Karriere ein: er wurde 1680 durch den Pfarrer M. Funcken in Löbenicht 'introduciret' und wurde 1690 Pfarrer in Wargen. (D. Daniel Heinrich Arnoldts kurzgefaßte Nachrichten von allen seit der Reformation an den Lutherischen Kirchen in Ostpreußen gestandenen Predigern, 1777). Joachim Reumann, geboren am 25. Mai 1634 in Würzburg, Sohn des späteren schwedischen Postmeisters und Buchhändlers Otto Reumann in Stralsund, kam 1664 nach Kiel ließ sich als zweiter Drucker in der Stadt nieder. Er wurde zeitgleich zur Gründung der Universität Universitätsdrucker und bekam auch private Aufträge. 1698 verließ er Kiel und ging nach Hamburg. Dort verstarb er am 9. September 1701.
