[International No. 3188] Three engaging 1789 Quartets by the gifted French composer and piano builder (B.381-383 - *inaccurately designated here as Op.41), edited by Jean-Pierre Rampal. CONTENTS: (1) in D Major; (2) in F Major; (3) in A Major. The parts: 19+18+17+15 pages. CONDITION: A Very Good Plus to Near Fine set of parts - bright, securely-bound, uncreased, and unmarked - but for the previous owner's name on the cover of each component; in the cello part, "3"s have been added to a couple unclear triplets). The spine panel of the otherwise Near Fine folio cover is slightly worn. This remains an attractive set - now in a clear, protective polypropylene bag with archival backing board.
