Todas ellas, todas, están escritas bajo dos premisas básicas: El autor es totalmente anti nacionalsocialista, incluso los que no se presentan como tales de forma clara, y además todos ellos, todos, sabían que debían "condenar" a Hitler si querían vender el libro a una editorial comercial que lo publicara en forma masiva, con buena crítica, ventas y propaganda. Cualquier historiador de los últimos 60 años que no hiciera esto sufriría un boicot total en su obra, sería despreciado en adelante o considerado "poco fiable", y su biografía nunca vería la luz en las grandes ediciones. Por tanto no hay una biografía completa y fiable de Hitler en el mercado actual. [] Por tanto cuando en 1979 Ediciones Bausp, dentro de la labor de CEDADE, intentó buscar una biografía de Hitler, para dar a conocer por lo menos una visión general de la vida de Hitler, no encontramos en castellano más que este texto que en 1942 ya había sido publicado en España, de forma que realizamos una edición facsímil de este libro. Y hoy en día sigue siendo la mejor aportación para conocer de verdad a Hitler hasta 1942, fecha en la que acaba el libro su aportación, puesto que la guerra en su fase final impidió tener tiempo para más actualizaciones y ediciones. Binding cracked. Ex libris, with the discard stamp of t…he Library of Congress on the front free endpaper. Albeit defective, this remains a desirable copy of a scarce and fragile book. A hagiography of Hitler, apparently published in the early 1940s, with a heavy propagandistic bent. Author Bouhler was an early follower of Hitler and was appointed Head of Hitler's Chancellery, acting as a secretary for Hitler by handling private correspondence.Moreover, Bouhler directed an early Nazi euthanasia program whereby the physically handicapped and mentally ill were murdered. Those actions provided the foundation for subsequent Nazi efforts at systematic annihilation. He is also known as the director of the promotion of literature sympathetic to the Nazi cause, and wrote several sanctioned works published during the rise of National Socialism. A war criminal, Bouhler committed suicide upon capture by American forces.
