    Hardcover. Condition: Good. Dust Jacket Condition: Good. 1st Edition. Scarce. Original dust jacket has some shelf wear and has been taped on the inside but is fully intact. Teal hard cover book has the name of the former owners (2) on the front end paper (one name is stamped and the other is written in ink and is dated 1981). 1963 first edition published by Charles C. Thomas Publishers (Springfield, Illinois). Peter F. Ostwald, M.D. was assistant clinical professor of Psychiatry at University of California School of Medicine and attending physician at Langley Porter Neuropsychiatric Institute in San Francisco when this was written. Title page also has an invisible 'notary' type stamp of a "Library of" type insignia. Library card is positioned in the back end papers but is blank as in no 'check outs'. Bottom of the pages is also stamped with "William W. Sears" one of the former owners. Book interior is immaculate other then the mentioned exceptions. (BR) Box 212.
