Octavo, 368pp, inserted halftone plates, in publisher's black textured cloth decoratively stamped in blind with a green-gilt surface over school logo and title as well as a lettering piece of sorts at spine, with deckled edges (only minor rubbing to covers, and pen ownership signature and address at ffep, but moisture damage along lower edge resulting in waviness and red stain which seeps into page margins with faint brownish moisture staining that invades text block, otherwise solid, but cosmetic damage, fair to good).

Ownership signature of Fletcher Low who played shortstop for the Dartmouth baseball team in 1913-14 (and who played one game of Major League baseball at third base for the Boston Braves in 1915, batting one for four with a triple). Small chip and small taped tear on one of the last few pages which has been a little roughly opened, a few tiny, light pencil notes in the text, else near fine.
