Hardcover. Condition: Fair. First Edition Later Printing. The quintessential mid-20th-century cookbook, first published in 1961, in the harder-to-find 5-ring binder format (also issued in a standard bound hardcover). A FIRST EDITION, Second Printing, in 455 pages, illustrated throughout with drawings of "Leave It to Beaver"-type family life by Joseph Pearson. Condition is Fair: binding is split at both front & back boards, with fraying & gap between both covers & spine. Colorful paper-covered boards are generally quite clean & bright, with random soil. Interior is also quite clean & completely unmarked, but with WATER DAMAGE that has caused the bottom edges of all pages to wrinkle & warp slightly. All the blue section dividers are present & sturdy, as are the 2 stiff page guards in front & rear. Still completely delicious & fully functional! Our photos depict the Exact book you will receive, never "stock" images of books we don't actually have on hand. Same day shipping on all orders received by 2 pm Pacific time (Pacific); later orders, weekends & holidays ship very next business day. SORRY: book is too heavy for expedited domestic or international orders without preapproval of substantial postage increase (at least double per USPS rates). Pearson, Joseph (illustrator).…
