A later printing of the 1912 FIRST EDITION (listing to book # 12 in rear), this 12mo is in Poor condition: basically a shelf filler. Tan cloth-covered boards decorated & lettered in brown/green/red to front & spine are heavily rubbed, with cloth loss & fraying. John Henry Goldfrap was a rather prolific author and published fourteen books in The Boy Scouts series from 1911 to 1918 as well as six books in The Motor Cycle Chums series all under the name of Howard Payson.
