Antverpiae, (Antwerpen) ex Officina Plantiniana, Apud Viduam & Filios Ioannis Moreti, 1613, small in-folio, 25,5 x 17 cm, title with copper engraved printer's mark + full page copp.engr. portrait of Lipsius (by Th. Galle) + (12) nn pp + 337 pp + (1)(censura) + (1)(printer's mark) + (1)(bl), contemporary full calf, back restored, prize book for Paulo de Rycke (inscription of fly-leaf), two other manuscript ex-libri on title, a small worming gallery in first 7 lvs. Second, completely reworked edition of a compilation of texts to honour the deceased Justus Lipsius. Contributors were Miraeus, Corselius, Rivius, Puteanus, Van de Wouwere and Scribani. Balthasar Moretus was the compiler (see Lipsius & Leuven, KUL exhibition catalogue 1997 n°97.).
