The COIC was to oversee and manage film production in occupied France. The brochure contains various articles on the movie industry, as well as advertisement pages for the following movie companies: - UFA, Tobis, Continental Films, ACE, Consortium du Film, Pathé Cinéma, Gaumont, Films Roger Richebé, Discina, Francinex, SPC, Regina, Scalera Film, Gray Film, Eclair, Les Films de Koster, France-Actualités, and UFPC.
