Soft cover. Condition: Fair. No Jacket. 1869 copy of the History of Rothwell in the County of Northampton with an account of the Bone Caverns by Paul Cypher. Blue paper covers in fair/good condition (150 years old). Heavy wear to the edges, corners and spine. Cover and pages coming away from the spine. Creases and tears to the covers. Owner's name to top front corner. Heavy foxing in places. Some pages dog-eared. A perfectly good reading copy.

Well illustrated throughout with engravings of brasses and woodcuts from the local area. Only very light edge wear to pale blue paper covers and neatly signed to front cover by previous owner. A highly collectable item which presents well.
