Hardcover. Condition: Near Fine. Dust Jacket Condition: Near Fine. Both volumes, rebound in grey cloth with gilt lettering to spines. Spines faded and worn. Text clear, a good reading copy, but condition listed as "fair" because a previous owner has removed the plates. A later owner has put in photocopies of the removed plates, loose in the text, frontispieces photocopied and glued in. Previous owner's name and a few other markings on title pages, which are loose owing to illustrations being clipped out. This is the reason for the low price.
