STUDY COPY - Book shows possible prior moisture exposure:, dye from cloth Cover shows on pastedowns, endpapers, DJ interior and along… DJ hinges, and some very mild moisture-related roppling to a few text pages, but there is no odor or hint of mildew. Book has a hint of cocking, is securely bound, mildly and uniformly age toned and, except for light soil and damp staining at the fore edge, gift inscription inked to ffep and marker markings at bottom of ffep, free of other blemishes and markings. Some dried dampstaining on front board and scuffing on rear board, Cover is nevertheless presents brightly, with some age fading at the headcap and tail, sharp corners, gently bumped joints, head and tail, straight spine, hinges and edges, and clearly legible gilt stamped lettering.
