Saunders in 1974 as Volume 3 in the important Major Problems in Neurology series. An interdisciplinary medical monograph examining the neurological manifestations a…nd complications of gastrointestinal disease. The work was written for neurologists while also addressing problems of substantial interest to gastroenterologists and internists, bringing together neurological, gastrointestinal, nutritional, metabolic, and neuropathological considerations. Original blue cloth binding with black-and-blue illustrated title panel and gilt lettering to the front board and spine. Copyright page displays the complete 9 8 7 6 5 4 3 2 1 number sequence, indicating the first printing. Condition: Good. Blue cloth boards show moderate shelf wear, rubbing, scattered spotting/soiling, and some fading. Front title panel remains attractive with some rubbing to lettering. Spine title panel shows heavier surface rubbing and loss, with wear at spine ends. Corners lightly bumped and rubbed. The front inner gutter/hinge is beginning to separate near the upper portion, with binding still intact. Interior shown is generally clean with light age toning. No dust jacket present.
