Con su texto a la vista, no puedo decir que he dado con una respuesta completa ni con una solución congruente a esa pesada carga de enigmas que desde hace dos o tres años pesa sobre la Argentina con el nombre de menemismo. No he llegado al cabo de la calle; a lo sumo la he abierto. Pero es el lector quien deberá tomarse el trabajo de completar su recorrido si comparte mis perplejidades. Pablo Giussani.

Che magazine in its first period, carried out by the left wing of the PSA Youth, will be a reference for the New Left. With a large format, its covers are in the colors of the Cuban M-26J. They publish news from Prensa Latina. It is closed at #27. A weekly frequency is proposed, but from #6 it is fortnightly. Che magazine can be presented as a typical piece of a section often forgotten in the history of the new Argentine left: that of the early sixties, obscured by the spectacularity of the seventies. However, it was then that many of the intellectual and political operations took place that would lead to the construction of a new political sensibility, constructed in rupture with the traditional discourses of the left and classical Peronism. Reading Che is, without a doubt, a way to enter that world. The magazine shows, on the one hand, the peculiar signature of political intervention of the group that managed it - the left wing of the Argentine Socialist Party (PSA) -, a group that inhabited all the frustrations and expectations of a left that lived with anguish over its separation from the world of workers. In this sense, Che was the expression of an idea and also of a political commitment: to think that socialism and Peronism could be articulated from a revolutionary perspective. (coda3).
