Il governo tedesco non badò a spese per l'occasione: furono installati maxi schermi per mostrare le imprese degli atleti e lo stadio olimpico venne realizzato con mate…riali pregiati.Molto discusso il caso di Jesse Owens, atleta di colore vincitore di quattro medaglie d'oro in atletica leggera. Sembra che di fronte alla vittoria di Owens contro il tedesco Luz Long il Fuhrer si indispettì ed uscì dallo stadio. Avvenimento peraltro smentito dallo stesso Owens. All'interno sono presenti otto planches fotografiche che rappresentano Hitler e mappe per la preparazione alle olimpiadi. Antica firma di appartenenza.Brossura editoriale in buone condizioni generali con lievi usure ai margini e dorso; macchie e fioriture. Legatura in ottime condizioni. All'interno le pagine si presentano in discrete condizioni con rare fioriture ma una gore d'umidità al margine superiore. Interesting and scarce pamphlet of nazist propaganda about the Olympic games of 1936 held in Berlin from the 1 until the 16 of August 1936. The german government spent a lot of money for that occasion: they mounted huge screens for german people and the olympic stadium was realized with precious materials. The case of the black atlet Jesse Owens, winner of four golden metals was very discussed. It seems that Hitler, when Owens was declaired winner against the german atlet Luz Long Hitler went away from the stadium. Happening that the same Owens declaired it was not true. Inside there are eight photographic planches showing Hitler and the preparation to the Olympic games. Ancient signature. Editorial cover in good general conditions slightly worn in the edges and spine. Binding in very good conditions. Inside pages are in fair conditions with occasional foxings btu an humidity stain in the upper edge.
