First edit…ion, presumed first printing, January 1996. Printed in Japan by Shubido Company Ltd. Publishing by Yashiaki Yanada. Art direction by Kazuhisa Tsukino. 14.25 x 11.25 inches. Plain black paper-covered hardboards, heavy-duty, with blind-stamped lettering to the front board and with crisp gilt-stamped lettering to the spine. Unbumped spine head and tail, and sharp corners. There is a tiny nick at spine head, virtually unnoticeable. Exceptionally clean binding. Text block firmly bound in and quite tight. With 645 numbered pages on heavy, coated stock. With numerous illustrations and photo plates throughout, many full-page. All plates in vibrant color with only a few in duotone. The medium-duty cardboard slipcase is fully intact and very clean; covered in plain black paper with blind- and gilt-stamped lettering. Almost certainly unread. A Near Fine copy in a Near Fine slipcase. Very scarce in any condition.10 lbs. 12 oz. May have extra shipping cost due to heavy weight.
