A catalog that accompanied an exhibit of vintage Jewish postcards shown at the Jewish Museum of Prague (at the Spanish Synagogue) from March 1 to August 31, 2000. The postcards are from the collection of Frantisek Banyal who wrote a short essay: "Postcards from my Collection". The curator was Arno Parik who wrote an introduction. There is also an essay on "Jews in Europe" by Bedrich Nosek. All texts and captions of the illustrations are in English and in Czech. Profusely illustrated with many of the postcards from the collection which were in the exhibit. Postcards in color and b/w showing important buildings, synagogues, real people, rabbis, holidays, Holy land, Zionism, etc. Measures 9" x 12" with 44 pages. Edges a bit scuffed and some bends in the covers, but contents are clean and intact. SALE PRICE.…
