English section: 242 pp. Hebrew section: 258 pp. Gray cloth with matching illustration on front and back covers, gilt lettering in Hebrew and English on Spine. Original Mylar, which has the title written in gold in Hebrew and English on respective covers. Mylar has some ripping at top of spine and a corner missing. Exlibris Dr. Norton B. Stern, noted scholar and founder and editor of the Western States Jewish Historical Quarterly, published by the Southern California Jewish Historical Society, and is a lecturer, author and collector in the field of Western Jewish history. Small ink check mark on table of contents, otherwise book is in very good - near fine condition. Authors in English section include but are not limited to: Abraham J. Heschel, Cecil Roth, Guido Kisch, Eliezar Berkovits and Isadore Epstein. Authors in Hebrew section include but are not limited to: Reuven Katz, Shlomo Zalman Auerbach, Mordechai Gifter and Yosef Eliyahu Henkin.
