Dark tan cloth; strong bumping to front board's top fore-edge corner with slight bumping to rear board's top corner; interior leaves have associated bumping to their top fore-edge corners as well. Foxing to text block edges and endpapers; interior pages mostly remain clean. Binding is firm. Excellent reference regarding American Civil War weapons, insignia, and equipment as New York City-based Schuyler, Hartley & Graham was the largest firearm dealer in the United States at the outset of the conflict.
