Orig. published by Hearst in 1968, this is the 1964 edition from Doubleday (later printing with ISBN). Hardcover 8vo has dark green cloth-covered boards lettered in gilt to spine. Condition is VG+: very clean, binding straight & strong, pages white with a hint of tanning to edges. Rubbing to all corners & both ends of spine, with some loss of cloth in spots. Old gift inscription dated Christmas 1977 to title page. The unclipped DJ is Good, downgraded due to mild chipping & edgewear, with large chips at both ends of spine.
